Covid 19 Announcements

Our Statement on COVID 19

Thank you to Hambleton Council for the Grant that will help us cover the additional expenses incurred due to COVID 19.

A special thank you to Askquith’s the Butcher and Food Weighouse in Bedale and to Carricks Fish in Snape for ensuring we have supplies to provide meals to the vulnerable in our community.

St Gregory’s Church have been important in our success to continue our meal service to the vulnerable in the local community during the COVID 19 crisis.  They have given BCMoW  “exclusive” use of Chantry Hall.  No other organisation or group can use the hall for any activity.  This is fantastic support, as it means we can be assured we have a safe environment to work from.

We are doing our utmost to continue our service, but we cannot rule out entirely – for reasons beyond our control – the possibility may arise that we may need to stop our service at short notice.   But, we are doing our best to avoid this!
